CLEANING: While we've always maintained high cleaning standards, we have adopted additional cleaning practices recommended by HomeAway as well as the SafeHome guidelines published by the Vacation Rental Management Association. This includes wipedown of hard surfaces with bleaches and disinfectants, use of an electrostatic nebulizer disinfectant system, as well as thorough washing of linens, mattress and pillow covers, and blankets, etc. Additionally, wherever possible, we have separated check-outs and check-ins by at least a day. So when you come to Las Casitas, you can rest comfortably that you are in a clean, healthy environment.

Beautiful sunrises over the Caribbean; Reflections of the sunsets on the clouds, as you watch ships go by. Listen to the waves crashing over the reef a couple hundred meters off shore, and lap the white sands of the beach. Fresh breezes across your large terrace, as you sip your drink and watch folks play on the beach. Serene...beautiful...tranquil, yet with all the action close by. Welcome to your home away from home! Villa Puerto is a luxury three bedroom, 4 1/2 bath, 2 story villa, that provides space to spread out, and amenities to make you feel pampered.
The three bedrooms upstairs, two facing the ocean complete with a large terrace, all have their own master baths. The two large, ocean facing rooms, are configured with a King bed and two twin beds; while the third bedroom (street facing with private terrace) has a King Bed; all designed to create comfort for the unique needs of your family.
Downstairs welcomes you with an open concept living area. The kitchen is large, and very well stocked with anything you might need to prepare your fabulous family meals, which you can serve in the spacious dining area.
Your living area, complete with bar, TV, games and other amenities is sure to keep you entertained through out your stay, while it opens to a large, well-appointed patio for your outdoor enjoyment.
Ready to eat, drink and be merry? Step out of Villa Puerto, onto the beach, a less than 100 meters in either direction are some of the best beach clubs Puerto Morelos has to offer. Leave Las Casitas on the street side, and you are within five minutes of great restaurants, shops and bars, and ten minutes to the town square.
Everything close enough for your easy enjoyment, but just far enough to leave the noise and reverie behind when you return to your beautiful villa.

Cancellation Policy
A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation.
Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty EXCEPT for any credit card transaction fee already paid by Leisure Life. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or that are made within 60 days of the arrival date forfeit the full advance rental payment. If paid, the security deposit will be refunded by owner. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date receive no refund. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

If you have provided a credit card which is kept securely on file with the card processor, no damage deposit is required and has not been charged. No additional charges for damages will be made, provided:
- No damage is done to house, or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
- No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, collection of rent, or
services rendered during the stay.
- All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
- No linens/towels are lost or damaged. The fee for lost towels is USD$40 each.
- No early check-in or late check-out without prior approval of owner/manager. Failure to check-out by 10:00 A.M. may result in an additional night charge and/or loss of security deposit.
- The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner),
or local law enforcement
- All terms on rental agreement and all house policies are followed.
